Okay, nothing to do once there! In fact, it can certainly be busy providing the basics of life in the wilderness: the water must be filtered during the preparation of food (sometimes even starts!) It must establish and maintain shelters. In case of bad weather is still more time. But here, in the 3 summer snow, I'm sure we were not so busy that we do not have time to enjoy just our site and let soak in we do just that! Allie the Bouvier (our well-trained femaleBlack Lab) and LastSuspect, my son, are driving large wild, as we experience the high quality of life in a high mountain lake. We have seen no one up there through the snow banks on the lines for miles. We toughed it out and has achieved remarkable isolation and value. We show some 'water-filtering using the Katadyn Hiker, the beginning of our fire-making exercise for my child to speak a few leaves to see Allie's antics, and enjoy the scenery.
